PARK WANTS ONE MORE

Former Manchester United star Park Ji sung has claimed that he will want to spend one more season with PSV Eindhoven before deciding on his future.

Park made his name at PSV before moving to Manchester United where he spent several successful seasons. As he is coming to the end of his career, United decided to let him go and he had spells at QPR before coming back to PSV. It has been widely rumoured in the last few weeks that Park would hang up his boss at the end of the season due to his failure to recover sufficiently from a persistent knee injury.

BARCA SUFFER

Barcelona has been going through a series of negative results since they were eliminated from the Champions League a few weeks ago when they travelled to the Vicente Calderon and locked horns with Athletic Madrid but a solitary goal from Koke saw the team of Gerardo Martino get kicked out from the European tournament.

CRISIS CONTINUES

Ac.Milan’s crisis continues rolling on as they were knocked out of the Champions League after losing against Athletic Madrid with a 4-1 final scoreboard and Seedorf still seems to be struggling trying to coach the first club of his career.

Seedorf deployed Mario Balotelli as a lone striker against Athletic Madrid but the fact is that the former Manchester City player barely had any moments to shine as Ac.Milan struggled in the midfield and failed on keeping control of the ball for more than a few seconds during the 2nd half of the match.

YAYA FEELS THE HEAT

In these last few days Yaya Toure was under a lot of heat as he had to wait for the final decision from the Football Association as to whether or not the African player will be banned from his recent actions against Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

Manchester City played against Norwich City on a Premier League match that concluded on a goalless draw but the more interesting thing that happened during the encounter was Yaya Toure kicking Ricky van Wolfswinkel at the home stadium of Norwich City, Carrow Road but the referee Jon Moss did not punish Toure.

YAYA BACKED

Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta has lavished on the prize on his teammate Yaya Touré by saying that the former Barcelona man is one of the key players for the club.

City manager Manuel Pellegrini has a lot of attacking options at his disposal, but Touré remains as one of the integral parts of the team due to his versatility. The Ivorian is also the first name when it comes to pace and power. All these qualities have made his name strike fear into the opposition when the team sheet is announced.
